Set Goals
Set goals to stay on track with your priorities. When we don’t know what to focus on we are aimless and feel like nothing is being accomplished. Start simple with one or two goals and work your way up to no more than 10. If you focus on too many goals nothing will get accomplished and you will feel overwhelmed trying to figure out what to focus on next.
Use your calendar
This can be one of the biggest boosts to your productivity. Schedule time for tasks on your calendar and stick to your appointment. You can use broad categories for your calendar or assign specific tasks at specific times. What would a broad category look like? Well, you could assign project work to a specific time or admin work. This will help to direct you towards what sort of tasks you can complete when you don’t have a direction.
